Roberto was always destined to assist people with the sale of their property; he is a people person and after completing high school at St. Ignatius College, Roberto followed his dream of entering the real estate industry. With years of experience gained from living abroad, Roberto has familiarised himself with niche markets, has expansive inter-cultural skills and is fluent in 2 languages.

We would like to recommend Roberto Bonomi for the sale of your home. Rob recently helped us sell our house in St. Peters. We had interviewed 3 agents prior to enlisting his help . He had a wonderful stylist (Jo Walsh) who helped us with the presentation of the home and was also able to help us find a good handyman at short notice. I believe that Rob intuitively is very aware of how stressful selling one's home can be and he did many little things that did not go unnoticed - for instance, getting on the floor at one point and playing with our toddler to give us some respite when things got a bit hectic. Happily, we sold at auction (even at this point, Rob was excellent as we were very anxious but he was a very calm and soothing presence during the whole thing). Our experience with Rob has been excellent and we would highly recommend him, if you want someone who will do everything in his power to obtain the best result for the vendor, whilst also guiding them gently through this potentially stressful period in their lives.

The recent sale of our property at 2B George Street, Norwood was conducted by Roberto Bonomi, agent for L.J. Hooker, St Peters. The sale preparation and process proved to be a streamlined and efficient experience for us. It started some years ago when Roberto knocked on our door enquiring whether we had any interest in a valuation of our property. At that time we were not considering selling, but were contemplating it for the future. Roberto kept in touch, in the most discreet manner, so that when the decision was made to sell we contacted him immediately. His response was exemplary: he discussed the process with us and at the first meeting he presented us with a plan of action; his preparedness and enthusiasm was most impressive, so we decided to entrust him with the sale of the property.
